答：常见有桌面式/在线式点胶机、三轴/多轴平台、螺杆阀/柱塞阀/气动阀点胶系统，以及喷射点胶（jetting）设备。选型取决于胶水特性、点胶精度、节拍与产线集成度。

问：如何根据胶水特性选择点胶阀？

答：高粘度用螺杆/柱塞阀稳定计量；中低粘度用气动针阀；对高速、无接触、细点选喷射阀；双组分需静态混合管+计量泵。胶水含填料（如导热、导电）时须防沉降与磨损。

问：点胶精度与一致性靠什么保障？

答：依赖精密计量阀、稳定供料压力、视觉定位与运动控制，以及胶温/粘度闭环管理。定期校准与点胶重量（称重）抽检是保证 CPK 的关键。

问：点胶耗材（针头、储料筒等）如何选型？

答：针头内径/长度按胶水粘度与点径选；含填料胶水用耐磨材质与防堵设计；储料筒/混合管按容量与双组分配比匹配。耗材洁净度直接影响良率与堵塞风险。

问：点胶产线如何做工艺验证与维护？

答：新项目先做 DOE 验证点胶量、路径与固化窗口，固化后做拉拔/气密/外观检验；日常做设备保养、阀体清洗与耗材更换，建立 SPC 监控防止漂移。铭诚锦可提供样件点胶与工艺支持。
