At present, there are mainly two mainstream methods for salt spray testing of automotive electronic control:

1. Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS)

This is the most basic salt spray testing method, using a 5% sodium chloride solution,沉降量控制在1~2ml/80cm²·h,pH值控制在6.5~7.2,试验温度为35℃±2℃,Relative humidity>95%.This method is widely used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of automotive electronic control components.

2、循环盐雾测试(CCT)

To simulate the wet dry alternation and salt spray impact in actual usage environments, the cyclic corrosion test combines multiple stages such as salt spray, drying, and wet heat,以验证其在复杂环境下的可靠性。
