With the continuous maturity of China's new energy vehicle industry, the performance verification of sealants used in electronic control is becoming more and more perfect, especially in recent years, more and more electronic control manufacturersSealantA requirement for salt spray testing has been proposed.

At present, there are mainly two mainstream methods for salt spray testing of automotive electronic control:

1. Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS)

This is the most basic salt spray testing method, using a 5% sodium chloride solution,The settlement amount is controlled at 1-2ml/80cm ² · h,The pH value is controlled between 6.5 and 7.2, and the experimental temperature is 35 ℃± 2 ℃,Relative humidity>95%.This method is widely used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of automotive electronic control components.

2. Cyclic Salt Spray Test (CCT)

To simulate the wet dry alternation and salt spray impact in actual usage environments, the cyclic corrosion test combines multiple stages such as salt spray, drying, and wet heat,To verify its reliability in complex environments.

According to different enterprise standards, the salt spray testing time for automotive electronic control is usually between 168 hours and 1500 hours. The mainstream salt spray testing standards in the industry currently include:

GB/T 15985-2004Basic Method for Automotive Salt Spray Test

GB/T 31467.3-2015Safety requirements for electric vehicle power battery systems, specifying salt spray testing as a mandatory inspection item

QC/T 895Special testing specifications for car chargers
