Sika ADEKIT A280 BK is a two-component room temperature cured polyurethane structural adhesive. Fast curing, excellent mechanical and anti-aging performance, anti vibration and impact, anti-aging, anti harsh environment, no collapse, suitable for vertical bonding, and also for filling irregular joints.

问:结构粘接如何选胶以保证强度?

答:依据被粘材料(金属、塑料、复合材料)、受力类型(剪切/剥离/冲击)与工况温湿选胶。金属结构多选环氧或丙烯酸结构胶;弹性体/异种材料选聚氨酯或 MS;高冲击场景偏好韧性体系。

问:粘接前基材表面处理有哪些要点?

答:清洁脱脂是前提,常用溶剂或等离子处理。金属可做喷砂/磷化提升附着力;塑料可用火焰/corona 处理提高表面能;处理后尽快施胶,避免二次污染。

问:粘接胶的固化方式与节拍如何匹配产线?

答:热固化环氧/厌氧胶适合加热线;UV 丙烯酸数秒初固,节拍极高;双组分结构胶靠混合触发,需配计量混胶设备。选型应使固化窗口与装配、保压、检测节拍匹配。
