San You UF-1113AC/BC is a two-component polyurethane potting adhesive with halogen and phosphorus flame retardants. It has excellent thermal conductivity, low stress, low temperature flexibility, resistance to cold and hot shock tests, and UL-94 V-0 flame retardant certification. Thermal conductivity 0.68W/mK
